General Information
Most orders process and ship within 1-3 days, not including weekends and holidays. While we make every attempt to keep our inventory up-to-date, there may be times when a product is out of stock, even through it shows as in stock and available on the website. In this instance, you will be issued a refund for the missing item and your order will ship as usual.
Coupon Codes cannot be combined. Only one Coupon Code per order.
Our Layaway Plan
We offer an informal type of Layaway plan to enable our customers to take advantage of Sales/Promotions, even tho the timing may not be right for them. To place an order for 'Layaway', add items to your cart, as you normally would, and go through the checkout process. Select "CHECK" or "BUSINESS CHECK" as the method of Payment, and type LAYAWAY and the Date you plan to pay for the order, into the comments section. You will receive an invoice for your order through PayPal. You may pay for your order via PayPal, Credit Card or by mailing a check. You must do one of the following, no later than 30 days from the date you placed the order; *Pay for your order in full, OR, *Make a partial payment on your order, OR, *contact us and advise us of your situation. If we have received no payment or contact after 30 days, we will cancel the order, and any Coupon Code(s) used when placing the order will not be honored. Checks and Money Orders must clear our bank, prior to shipping.
RETURNED CHECKS: There is a $35 fee for all returned checks, plus any charges levied by our financial institution. Product Pricing does not include shipping charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Michigan residents: 6% sales tax applicable.

Domestic: All packages are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
International: International customers please email for shipping options and charges.
Return Policy
Avian Antics has a no return policy. To protect the health and safety of your birds and ours, we do not recycle merchandise. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to make it right. Please make sure you read product descriptions carefully and choose the appropriate sized item for your bird. If you have any questions, please contact us before you place your order. We cannot be responsible for items you purchase that are not the correct size for your bird.
